There is a God the Father a Son the Christ and the Holy Spirit
Dear brothers and sisters, today’s message concerns a very sensitive subject, but one that is worth discussing.
It is about God, His only Son Christ and His Holy and unique Spirit.
Some people say wrongly that Jesus Christ is at the same time the Father and the Son. Some even say they met a Jesus who told them that.
Without delay, I will tell you that this jesus can not be the Christ of Nazareth. For God does not contradict Himself, and the Lord does not contradict His Word. Let us proceed with some verses of the Bible.
1 Timothy 2
5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,
6 who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time.
Here we have a God and Christ the Mediator between Him and us.
Let us look at this other passage.
4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called;
5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism;
6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
One Spirit, one Lord and one God. We can not be clearer!
However, we must know that Jesus has rank of God. Let’s read these verses:
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 He was with God in the beginning.
3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
John said that the Word was God, the Word was with God.
5 In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in very nature[a] God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
7 rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature[b] of a servant, being made in human likeness.
Jesus is equal to God, to understand that He is like God.
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
30 I and the Father are one.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He said it and repeated it in several places of the Bible. Let us read without commenting this series of verses:
16 As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him.
17 And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”
6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
37 All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.
38 For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me.
39 And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day.
40 For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”
13 When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”
14 They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”
15 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”
16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven.
25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;
26 and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
27 “Yes, Lord,” she replied, “I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
And these are just some of the messages where Father and Son are quoted.
At this moment, the Son is seated at the right of the Father, waiting to come and seek us and bring us with Him, where they are. He promised, He will. Very soon.
1 The Lord says to my lord: “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”
41 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, 42 “What do you think about the Messiah? Whose son is he?” “The son of David,” they replied.
43 He said to them, “How is it then that David, speaking by the Spirit, calls him ‘Lord’? For he says,
44 “‘The Lord said to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.”’
55 But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.
56 “Look,” he said, “I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”
1 Peter 3
21 and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
22 who has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand—with angels, authorities and powers in submission to him.
34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.
And Satan, who disguises himself sometimes as a god sometimes in Jesus knows very well. That is why the devil multiplies his acts of confusion among the people of God. We must be careful, remaining attached to the Word of God.
As for the Holy Spirit of God, the Bible is also clear on it.
Let see this:
15 “If you love me, keep my commands.
16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.
18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.
19 Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live.
20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.
21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”
Let us be careful, for the enemy always seeks to distract us in order to lead us astray.
Let’s read these warnings also:
1 John 2
22 Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist, denying the Father and the Son.
23 No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
1 John 5
11 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
12 Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.
5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many.
24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
31 And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
Then anyone who intends to say the contrary of these words, on behalf of anyone, must understand that it does not come from God.
Jesus Christ, the Messiah will never say the opposite of what he has always said along his human stay among us.
The Lord is with us through his Spirit, as He said. Those who do not have this Spirit do not know him and do not see him. Just as they do not know the truth. They are in darkness, blinded.
Any jesus who comes to tell you that he is God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit at the same time, is a liar, a demon if not satan himself. Chase him by the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, he will go away from you. If it is in a sleep that it appears to you, chase him when you awake.
All the apostles who wrote epistles mentioned it at the beginning of their letters. God the Father, and Jesus Christ the Son and Lord.
May the Lord bless you in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
Servant of Jesus Christ
